PART-TIME KEY HOLDER & SALES ASSOCIATE 

**DFW Based**

Responsibilities Selling & Client Services

• Greet and acknowledge all customers
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the
• showroom
• Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by management
• Maintain an accurate and effective client book by ensuring all customer information is accurately captured on selling platform
• Assist sales team with selling and clienteling.
• Ensure all client purchases are followed up with to maintain client relationship 

Visual Merchandising

• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis
• according to the company's standards
• Maintain the display along with the showroom to ensure it is tidy and inviting
• for all customers
• Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make
• adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates 

Operations

• Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer friendly store
• Oversee store to brand standards in managements absence
• Monitor Compliance to company policies and procedures when on shift and
• report compliance issues to management
• Assist managers with Opening and Closing Procedures
• Maintain stock rooms/workspace to ensure they are fully stocked with
• supplies
• Assist with Asset Protection needs

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have 1-2 years of luxury retail experience
• College degree not necessary, but preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel to the showroom daily
• A team player, willing to get involved with other areas of the business to get the job done
• Passion for customer service & maintaining strong client relationships
• A real attention to detail and organized 
• Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and develop rapport with all areas of the business
• Self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver. Enthusiastic and enjoy your work.
• Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done
• Strong communicator internal / external
• Enthusiastic and dedicated, with a passion for seeking opportunities and self-development.
• A practical multitasker, who can focus on the detail whilst never losing sight of the bigger picture
