CITY Boots' women's sizes match your regular dress shoe size. If you are between sizes or have a narrow foot, go down half a size. It's uncommon to need a larger size.

Our boots typically fit a 14" calf circumference (measured 11" up from the heel). Extended calves typically fit a 15.5" calf (measured 11" up from the heel). Please note that exchanges are completley free while returns require a $10 label fee. All sale items are non refundable but can be exchanged within 14 days. Boots that have been stretched or customized are final sale.

Upon receiving your returned boot, we will ensure the boot is in it's original state, then process your refund. You can expect your refund 7-10 days after your boot has made it to our warehouse.

Items purchased at partner retail locations, including independent boutiques and department stores, must be returned to the original place of purchase and follows that retailer's return policy. To start a return, contact the store where you made the purchase.

In-stock orders arrive in 6-10 business days with ground shipping. Pre-order wait times will be listed below the "Pre-order Now" link, prior to check out. Please note these wait times are subject to change due to manufacturing needs. Custom pulls will arrive within 3 months plus shipping days. Stretched boots can take from 1 - 4 weeks plus shipping days.
