Last Friday, we had the honor of hosting a Female Founders Brunch in collaboration with Savannah Friedkin Jewelry, set in the stunning Bowie House, an Auberge Resorts Collection, in Fort Worth, TX. This event was designed to celebrate and connect dynamic women from a wide array of industries, celebrating everyone's unique journey as founders.
MEET US IN THE MULBERRY ROOM
The event began in the Mulberry Room, a cozy, yet chic library that served as the perfect backdrop for both brands. Guests were greeted with champagne and mimosas and were invited to explore beautiful displays from both Savannah Friedkin Jewelry and CITY Boots, which were featured at the hotel for the weekend. As guests mingled, conversations flowed naturally. Introductions were made, old friends were greeted, ideas were exchanged, all while admiring the beautiful jewelry pieces and timeless boots.

Brunch at laney's
The next part of the event took place in Laney’s, a private enclave within the Bricks & Horses restaurant. Attendees settled into the space, found their seats at a beautifully set table, and listened as Lizzy Bentley, Founder and CEO of CITY Boots, and Savannah Friedkin, Founder of Savannah Friedkin Jewelry, took a moment to express their gratitude. They each shared how the support of fellow female founders had played an integral role in their success, and how fortunate they were to be part of such an empowering community.
The brunch that followed was delicious, providing the perfect opportunity for attendees to continue sharing stories, advice, and personal experiences across different industries. The event was a true celebration of women supporting women—a day that highlighted the strength, ambition, and warmth that female founders bring to their businesses everyday.
