CITY Boots' women's sizes match your regular dress shoe size. If you are between sizes or have a narrow foot, go down half a size. It's uncommon to need a larger size.

Our boots typically fit a 14" calf circumference (measured 11" up from the heel). Extended calves typically fit a 15.5" calf (measured 11" up from the heel). We offer complimentary boot stretching up to 1.5" (excluding metallic pairs). For all sizing concerns, contact support@cityboots.com for assistance.

Leather Care

Brush off dirt with a soft cloth or brush. Use a non-alkaline leather cleaner for deeper cleaning, applied with a damp cloth. 

Condition the leather to prevent cracking, using a high-quality conditioner and allowing it to absorb fully before buffing. 

Suede Care

Start by brushing off dirt and dust using a suede brush or soft cloth. 

For stains, use a suede cleaner or a mixture of water and white vinegar, applied gently with a cloth. Wipe against the grain.

Let your boots dry naturally, away from direct heat. Use a suede protector spray to guard against future stains and water damage. 

We recommend storing your boots standing up with proper stuffing to reinforce the shape and stability of our high-quality boots. Keep your boots in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. With regular care, CITY Boots will stay beautiful and durable.
